Por los fundamentos expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEGUNDO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, en el juicio de COBRO DE BOLIVARES VÌA INTIMATORIA, incoado por la sociedad mercantil AGROPECUARIA SAN JOSÉ DE LA MATILLA, COMPAÑÍA ANÓNIMA, (AGROSAJOMA, C.A.), en contra de la sociedad mercantil CONSORCIO AMAZONAS, C.A., declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación interpuesto por la sociedad mercantil AGROPECUARIA SAN JOSÉ DE LA MATILLA, COMPAÑÍA ANÓNIMA, (AGROSAJOMA, C.A.), por intermedio de su apoderado judicial ORÁNGEL MÁRQUEZ GÓMEZ, contra sentencia de fecha 1º de octubre de 2012, dictada por el JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA. SEGUNDO: SE CONFIRMA la aludida decisión de fecha 1º de octubre de 2012, proferida por el Juzgado a-quo, en .....
