este Tribunal después de hacer una revisión del contenido del escrito en referencia, constata que no se promueve medio de prueba alguno, sino argumentos y la ratificación de instrumentos que se encuentran insertos en el expediente, en consecuencia no tiene este Tribunal material probatorio que analizar. ASI SE DECIDE.

CON LUGAR la inhibición formulada por el Abog. RAFAEL RICARDO GIMÉNEZ, JUEZ PROVISORIO DEL JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, BANCARIO Y AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, en consecuencia se ordena remitir el presente expediente al Tribunal de origen, a los fines legales consiguientes
